Playing music can be both formal and informal. Just like you do not need eyes to hear, you do not need to read sheet music to play.
Music is one of the joys of life which encourages us to 'play'. Play is a means, not an end. The world will not end if we play one note over another, but it will be more fun and mistakes are needed in order to learn! Want children to experiment with sound, lead by example.
Assistance animals don't even need to be in contact all the time, they just need to be there. Children have anxiety in all areas of life from social, home, school and extra curricular. Think outside the box and find what makes your children tic. It is usually simpler than we realise.
Children learn from other children, they use the same language. Be mindful and make encounters mutually beneficial. Remember, abrasive circumstances can also make for rich learning and be the ideal opportunity to develop interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, amongst many others.
Dress-up, decorate, play for play. Free play rarely has a goal or an end. Continue throughout life, your soul will thank you.
